  • In my present role as a team leader I provide daily support to my team in all aspects of the letting industry. I manage the workload of the team and make decisions on complex cases according to the company’s policies and procedures.
  • I complete the monthly office rota to ensure that staff levels are managed and customers’ needs are met. I also manage the rota day to day to take into account of any changes such as staff sickness, flexi leave and short notice annual leave. I monitor staff performances within the office by setting clear expectations and provide training when necessary.
  • I have built good relationships with staff, landlords, contractors, support services and other 3rd party professional businesses. I understand the importance of multi-agency working to ensure vulnerable households have the support they require to sustain a successful tenancy.

I abide by the data protection act in all ASB cases and work to achieve a positive resolution for cases.
  • I oversee the routine property inspections making sure that they are completed regularly and that any intricate cases are dealt with promptly. This can include referrals to our in house tenancy support service. I also engage with the Blackpool Council Environmental Health department to ensure properties repairs and conditions are met.
