Additional Information

I am a conscientious individual who strives to complete tasks to the best of my ability. I follow instructions carefully and use my initiative appropriately, always respecting the boundaries set. During my second year at university, I took part in two collaborative projects that significantly developed my skill set. One was a week-long project working with Fine Art students, where I enhanced my communication, teamwork, creativity, and organisation skills under tight deadlines.

The second was our unit project for BA2b, which presented unexpected challenges. When my original creative collaboration partners withdrew from the project, I had to adapt quickly. I sourced new partners, developed a fresh concept that incorporated their contributions, and ensured the project was completed on time. This experience strengthened my leadership, communication, time management, organisation, and creative problem-solving abilities.

As a university student, I have had multiple studio sessions, gaining hands-on experience in studio operations, including selecting appropriate equipment, setting up and adjusting to appropriate settings. I assisted with the coordination of the shoots to ensure they ran smoothly. I developed my communication and time management skills while collaborating with various students to guarantee a productive production in our allocated schedule. The experience has provided me with knowledge of studio equipment and understanding of a studio setting workflow, preparing me for a studio assistant role.

In addition, my volunteer work has further developed my resilience, growth mindset, leadership, teamwork, organisation, creativity, communication, and interpersonal skills.
