Published Article in British Journal of General Practice (Incoming October 2025). Co-wrote an article discussing the pathophysiology, potential drug treatment and experiences of those with long COVID as part of my work shadowing with Stgilesmedical, a medical communications company.
Homerton Design Challenge – Highly Commended (August 2023). Designed a ‘mechanical worm’ with my team to tackle the problems of poor aeration and nutrient leaching.
Intermediate Biology Olympiad – Gold Award (July 2023). I was then invited to participate in the semi-final selection for the British team.
STEM Next Competition – 3rd Place Prize (November 2022). My essay explored whether the use of genetic modification of mosquitoes was the most effective solution of tackling malaria, comparing this to other methods such as biological pest control and vaccination.
