The 'Sports Leadership'Course was a course that we were allowed to do when substituting Physical Education classes during secondary school, in which we spent those lessons organising and learning how to organise sports activities for the younger classes. In the beginning it started off as younger classes in our secondary school but then towards the end of my time there a selected few were allowed to branch out to help with local primary schools - one of our main events was Sports Day, that took place at our local pool and track and we then had to mediate between the local schools and sort out the tasks that were to be completed. I believe these are the most prominent and refined skills this job has given me.
