Part of this role included running the restaurant and making sure everything was running smoothly, with orders being taken and brought out within a good time period. This also included making sure everything was brought out to a high standard. As well as this, I worked at the bar making various drinks in a quick time frame, including cocktails. A part of this role included taking drink orders round to the restaurant while serving guests at the bar.
