Project Planning and Management
Define Project Scope and clearly outline the project goals, deliverables and timelines, ensure resource allocation is correct and skillsets align to the project goals. Ensure budget is kept on track and manage any anomalies.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as the main point of contact between the client and the implementation team.Provide consistent updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
