He has advised UK lower mid/mid-market Private Equity (PE) investment teams and management teams on growth, buy-and-build strategies for M&A transactions in the sector. His specialisms predominantly lie in IFAs, investment platforms, offshore fiduciary businesses, FinTechs, and other verticals.
Solomon achieved a First-Class Honours degree in Computer Systems Engineering with Business Management from the University of Birmingham.
