• Spearheaded creation of Transnational Organised Crime (TOCU) structure, vision and mission
• Led the process of reviewing TOCU MOU and Standard Operating Procedures
• Regularly represented Sierra Leone in annual UNODC HONLEA and various other conferences
• Participated in developing regional cooperation protocols under the UNODC West Africa Coast Initiative (WACI) programme
• Drafted government policy paper on transnational organised crime
• Led 'Operation Alien Touch' targeting human trafficking and tax evasion at multinational corporations, uncovering £4.6m unpaid tax.
