I am a calm, resilient and compassionate childcare professional with experience as a Deputy Room lead in a nursery and as a SEN support worker providing 1:1 support to children with additional needs. I also have counselling skills, which support my ability to build trusting relationships, listen effectively and respond to young people in a patient and supportive way. I am confident working with children and young people in challenging situations using a supportive approach to promote emotional well being, independence and positive development.
