I can work extremely well under pressure and my work is always completed to the best of my ability, no matter what the task. I would consider one of my strengths to be that I am a highly organized individual, I always have more than one way of completing a task. I am never afraid to try out something new, and strive to sustain an open 'can do' mindset. I am very creative which usually enables me to have a different perspective and opinion on how to resolve a problem or meet personal goals, or group targets. I am a very friendly person and enjoy working with others, I thrive in social situations and can work extremely well with others.

  • During my work shadow, I was responsible for collaborating with design teams to create and render the interior/exterior models of homes, this required a basic understanding of both CAD and Revit software.
  • Client interaction, and managing budgets and timelines were also big parts of my experience.
  • I also learned more about professional interactions with clients and colleagues within the workplace.

  • I hold a part-time position at Amaral Farms (farmers market) on Saturdays
  • My responsibilities in this role include customer service, stocktaking, supervision and training of new staff, Marketing (Instagram: amaralfarms_bda ) checking out customers when they are complete with their shopping and maintaining customer relations.

  • I have worked at the Bermuda Aquarium and Zoo summer camp
  • I was responsible for children aged 9-11, Organising daily trips with 20 or more kids such as; exploring local crystal caves, boat rides, swimming on coral reefs and much more. Classroom education lessons focused on the natural history and biology of Bermudas ecosystems were also planned and taught.
  • In this role, I had to be highly alert and responsible at all times. As well as being able to communicate effectively with parents and co-workers.
  • This job also required me to undergo the SCARS training course.

  • Weekend 9-5 job at 1609 Design
  • This job involved: organizing and pricing inventory, unpacking and shelving new stock, communicating with other staff and customers, checkout, and managing customer relations.
  • During my time in this role, I was able to grow my confidence while communicating with customers and gain a great sense of satisfaction from helping them.
  • I also learned new skills, like the strategic placement of items within the store which attracts customers. I became familiar with using the online storefront Shopify, I was able to build on my computer skills as I was required to learn how to online stock take and complete customer transactions.
