• Life and Pension Transformation Program to provide end to end service for leading insurance provider in UK in established BaNCS Insurance platform which involves migration of additional 2 million life and pension insurance policies including open book products allowing new business.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  1. Lead requirement gathering workshops/discussions with business stakeholders.
  2. Coordinate with different Insurance work streams for requirement gathering and involvement in joint workshop with business user and IT streams.
  3. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions & work with business analysts of other work streams to collate user requirements to clarify.
  4. Analyse existing processes, document as-is / to-be states. Provide solutions for business problems to improve operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
  5. Assess business architecture model for proposed solution to be aligned with business requirements. Decision making on the critical business processes requiring a risk based approach.
  6. Provide clarification to development team liable for sprint development of user stories. Managing Design, Build and Implementation schedules, scope management / change request and process improvement.

Client :AVIVA

The Client is a leading life insurance company in Australia who is splitting from its parent company. Hence to support business and enhance its capabilities it needs a new platform. TCS is leveraging its product BaNCS to support client’s requirements and is also enhancing its functionalities to build additional capabilities to provide end to end service in agile framework. The product will act as a policy administration system to support both schemes and individual policies.

Responsibilities:

1. Successful design, development and implementation of a testing tool - Integrated Test Harness used for testing calculations developed in BaNCS transformation programme.
 Successful design, development and implementation of the transaction model framework in BaNCS using which a system winds back and forwards the business transactions so that they can be reversed and reapplied.
