Project Title: CDD pKYC(Perpetual Know Your Customer)

Domain: Financial Crime Compliance (KYC / AML)

Description: The objective of CDD program is to deliver In-Life regulatory requirements to ensure CDD information is kept up to date over the life of the relationship. A series of event triggers focus on changes in customer information and behavioural changes which, when identified, require a review of the customer information and consideration of the risk posed in the relationship. The In-Life model is designed on the basis that systems and processes are in place to monitor customer information and activity as necessary to identify the In-Life triggers

Role and Responsibilities:

• Test Outcome Lead with 5 years of experience in CDD pKYC Financial Crime systems, collaborated with Product Owners, Business Analysts, development teams, Scrum Masters, and operations across various cross-functional components to understand requirements, identify gaps, and raise dependencies and risks at the earliest. Delivered accurate test estimates, designed test strategies, and authored comprehensive test plans. Led end-to-end functional execution, defect management, and test reporting, conducting race-tracking sessions and guiding the QA team to achieve high-quality outcomes with zero leakages, ensuring assurance and compliance across CDD pKYC workflows.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex requirements and apply a risk-based approach. Proactive and adaptable in challenging environments, ensuring reliability and availability under pressure. Skilled in stakeholder management, effective communication, and delivering clear presentations, fostering collaboration and driving successful outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Project Title: Branch / ATM Test Lab in NatWest Edinburgh

Description: Windows based applications used by branch staff to identify customers and perform transactions such as deposit, funds transfer, cash management and various other branch management functionalities. Objective is to develop automation framework for functional and regression testing of branch applications

Role and Responsibilities

• Developed end to end regression automation testing suite using Silk4j data driven framework build on java
• Define and plan regression suite automation and track the progress, periodic reporting, and status metrics
• Preparation of estimation, test Plan based on the requirements and walkthrough with clients
• Maintaining test automation suite execution and undertake analysis of results to ensure that software meets the standards

Description: Web application providing mortgage quotes and managing bank adviser calendars with customers from various banking portfolio. Objective is to have an automation suite to perform functional and regression tests.

• Project role includes requirement analysis, test plan design, test estimation, test scenario / cases preparation, RTM preparation, test Execution, defect management and reporting.
