- Teach classes with multiple students, and for the past few months I have focused on one-on-one lessons with students who are struggling with specific topic areas to help them improve.
- In order to do this, I set work for them that is tailored to individual strengths and weaknesses and ensure that there is the opportunity for students to openly communicate anything they may find challenging.

- An important part of being captain was being able to provide constructive criticism during practice and team meetings, so that individuals could improve and bolster team skill and morale.
