I'm a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager who oversees the daily operations of our establishment. I have strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality. I make sure that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As one of the restaurant managers, I supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

In my career, I have developed multiple experiences and skills. I'm experienced in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. I have strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary operations. I also demonstrated leadership abilities with experience of supervising staff effectively.

I have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers and staff alike.

As a manager, my main focus and duties are:

  • To ensure all members and guests have a memorable experience in all F&B areas (including the Restaurant, Bar, Lounges, the terrace and Meeting and Event rooms), such that customer service expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • To manage the shift in conjunction with other Supervisors to ensure that staffing levels reflect the demands of the business and that payroll costs are kept in line with KPIs.
  • To ensure that the food and beverage team on duty are fully briefed and allocated duties for their shift, and that everyone is aware of the level of service standards expected.
  • To monitor, train and lead the team in service standards.
  • To be responsible for the atmosphere and presentation of all F&B areas, which will include ensuring all aspects of the front and back of house areas are spotlessly clean, the music and lighting are set at the correct levels and the temperature is comfortable.
  • To contribute to increased F&B revenues by upselling the food and beverage menus (and train F&B Team members to do the same).
  • To check all guest account signatures and ensure all bills are settled.
  • To follow the cash and cash handling procedures.

As a hotel manager, I weekly covering the role of Duty Manager, and this includes:

  • Ensure the security of the hotel, stocks and keys at all times whilst on duty.
  • Assist the Operations manager in complying with legal obligations in relation to Health & Safety.
  • Ensure that risk assessments are carried out and reviewed regularly.
  • Identify and report maintenance requirements/hazards in the workplace.
  • Assume responsibility whilst on duty for any emergency situations in line with procedures.
  • Attend any training meetings as required.

I also achieved additional qualifications. I'm Food Hygiene Level 2 and Awarded in First Aid for Mental Health at SCQF LEVEL 5. First aid for mental health is the initial support provided to a person experiencing a mental health problem until professional help is received or until the crisis is resolved.

My goal is to find a job that allows me to grow on a personal and professional level, giving me the opportunity to pass on to everyone the passion I have for selling and the knowledge of knowing how to sell and advise.

I am used to teamwork and tend to express the best of my abilities under pressure. I have achieved managerial positions and managed quite numerous teams within premises with hundreds of customers every day. I am very polite and friendly to customers of all ages and am happy to report that I have received very positive informal feedback so far.

I have worked in clubs and restaurants over the years in Rome (Italy) and have been able to quickly and successfully adapt to different styles and environments. I have the desire to grow managerially, and I am not afraid to change sectors as long as I maintain contact with the public in the field of sales.

Some of my greatest hobbies and passions include traveling and targeted reading in the area of my responsibilities. In light of the above, I consider myself an open-minded person with a great desire to grow and always learn something new while continuing to work in highly prestigious environments.
