  • I was moved into my current role with BMW Collections in February 2022. This role mainly involves assisting customers with queries relating to their car finance agreement, and managing those customers who are in financial difficulty, by carrying out financial assessments with a view to setting affordable payment plans. I have also been trained to work our email inbox, and I have also been involved in testing system upgrades and changes (such as with our dialler).
  • Handled inbound and outbound customer calls, focusing on resolving queries and providing support.
  • Assisted DWP customers with queries about benefit payments during temporary secondment, managing challenging calls effectively.
  • After the furlough scheme ended, I was briefly moved to Tesco Mobile. This role was Customer Care and involved several duties, ranging from taking payments, updating customer contact information, sim swaps, changing telephone numbers, tech support and other duties.
  • On TV LIcensing, the role mainly involved setting people up with their license, taking payments for the licence and handling challenging calls.
  • Worked across contracts including TV Licensing, DWP, Tesco Mobile, and currently BMW, contributing to customer service delivery for over 18 years.
