I worked as the Purchasing Director for Tayna Ltd from April 2019 until acquisition.

I worked as the Customer Service Team Leader at Kingspan Insulated Panels Ltd from 2003 until 2008.

My role included;

• Responsibility for a small team of customer service agents.
• Managing and leading a team in a highly pressurised environment.
• Provided ongoing training to team members.
• Designed and implemented strategies to improve the efficiency of the team.
