I have a vast knowledge of mechanical inspection of various piece parts, checking all dimmensions and production procedures through goods inwards inspection and line inspection of assembled parts to be fitted to various galleys with full conformance to drawings and material specs.

I have been lead on numerous programmes within AIM including a team leader/supervisor role for a large seat shroud programme for SAFRAN in Cymbran producing product for United airlines. during this project I had 10 fitters, 3 soft trimmers and 3 inspectors working under my control giving daily progress reports on production line walks reporting back directly to the Quality manager.

I was also lead on a Qatar Airways seat refresh programme which was more of a pulling multiple piece parts of seat kits together with stores personel and again 3 inspectors under my control reporting updates and delivery dates through production line walks.

For the last 5 years have been mainly working with the despatch team signing EASA Form1 and C of C's for all deliverable items from piece parts for spares orders or A.O.G requirements to signing off full sized galleys and monuments/stowage units and bars being fitted to various aircraft and airlines.

Over the last 16 years I have also been lead qaulity inspector through our test house facility, conforming completed units to approved test house documents and drawings I.A.W Airbus & Boeing test plans to confirm structural intergrity
