  • Leading and delivering the initiatives including the below
  • International Marketplace: Marketplace trading model with Zalando across 8 EU countries. New German company, distribution hub, data integrations, logistics and operational model. Currently trading circa €1.3m demand sales per week.
  • eCommerce returns: Defined a returns strategy and implemented initiatives. Integration with external returns portal. This enabled 'paid returns' and new stream of returns data. Implementation of 'boomerang' logistics, bringing eCom store returns back to fulfilment centre. Set up of 'post purchase' squad to apply continuous improvement. Example initiatives are return to gift card and cancelled orders. £260k per month saving realised.
  • International duty: Software and operational changes to enable reduction of duty payments. Saving of £800k pa.
  • Stock File Accuracy: Cross functional programme to increase accuracy of store stock holding vs system. 65% at start of programme, now 82%. A sales uplift of £1.9m p.a. and a margin uplift of £908k p.a.
  • New Look Trading as a concession: Concessions trading model with a major UK supermarket in the UK. Set up 15 shop in shops, data integrations and operational model. Average sales £50k per week.
