Working with technical compliance team to deliver assigned business projects and objectives. Deputise and assist with the supplier compliance manager in matters of product safety and conformity. Maintain and manage EFC suppliers due diligence (DD). Accurately maintain new and current supplier codes. Manage the integrity of of the suppliers and customers approval database. Investigate all non compliance and near misses, performing recall and traceability exercises, ensuring suppliers comply with customer ethical policies from SMETA, FT, RFA or SIZA auditing if required. Reviewal of weekly compliance KPI reports.
Ensuring quality controls are maintained for peak plant efficiency. Conducting sampling, testing and data analysis to maintain quality standards, promptly reporting any non-conforming results. Resolving process issues proactively. Adhering to health and safety policies and codes of practice, including risk assessments and standard operating procedures.
Carrying out internal/GMP audits, assisting with customer visits and internal audits, standards gap analysis. Completion of customer and internal non-conformances, including investigations and root cause analysis, suppliers and growers approvals. Creating and updating customer specifications, food safety and quality procedures. Also, managing microbiological testing schedule, including sample preparation and results tracking, calibration of food safety equipment, conducting traceability and mass balance exercises, managing training procedures and overseeing staff training. Assisting with managing of QC Team, HACCP and TACCP team member, also customs, forecasting and transport arrangement for Procurement Team.
Role entails dealing with all facets of quality control such as processing and product development, customer complaints and reports. Prep for BRC and customer audit. Monitoring samples, testing of environment, finished product and raw materials. Internal audit, GMP and traceability. Carrying out CCP training and calibration of instruments.
