I have a good working knowledge of FM & M&E principles. I have previously worked for large organisations, as an employee, a sole trader, and individually. I also previously ran a small building business.   • I was employed as an interim FM building manager (covering long term sick leave of the permanent manager)
  • Taking on the role at the mobilisation stage, with around 50% already leased capacity
  • Interesting site built on a conservation area and made up of 4 separate buildings and comprising blended retail spaces
  • In charge of all day-to-day FM operations both BTR & Retail, with 4 FM Building Technicians with direct reporting to me
