My loyalties to the care, print & railway sectors was unwavering, it was purely down to closures that inevitably forced redundancies, that enticed me to traverse between the three.

Granted, the aforementioned career paths were vastly different to one another, but I consider myself to be a very practical/hands on individual that isn't afraid to explore & take on new challenges.

My commitment & passion to make a difference in whatever I do is paramount to my overall job satisfaction.

I am currently employed by Home Group in the North Norfolk market town of North Walsham as a PBS Team Leader. I lead & advise a productive / highly motivated team on a daily basis to provide excellent levels of care & support to our customer who has been with the service for 2.5 years.

My role requires me to liaise thoughtfully / confidently with numerous care orientated professionals & the general public from one day to the next so as to uphold the good social / working relationships & bonds that we as a collective have endeavoured to forge in the local community & further afield.

I actively participate in hands on activities with our customer & also co-ordinate off-site events that are rewarding & enjoyable for everyone in attendance.

Rota's, staff training, annual leave requests / bookings & audits along with the updating of customer related paraphernalia are just a few examples of the responsibilities that are bestowed upon me during the working week. With the aforementioned in mind I strive to ensure that my record keeping is clear, relevant & up to date at all times,

I regularly order & administer medication so it is imperative that I constantly have my customers best interests, health & wellbeing at the forefront of my consciousness.
