Simon Adkins

Over 35 years experience in the construction industry with 27 years in Construction Management, within both the UK and Canada.

My project experiences has been in delivering high quality custom homes, high end apartments, commercial refurbishment, retail refurbishment, high rise apartment block project, large high quality hotel refurbishment and care home facilities. My knowledge has also been in refurbishment and new build.

My time in the Uk was mainly spent in Central London, while time in Canada was in the Vancouver area. My time in Canada expanded my expanse in new build and in the construction of high rise building in both the commercial and residential sector.

I am driven professional with a knack for leadership in construction projects, blending project management and problem-solving skills. Bringing strong organizational abilities and communication skills to manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations. Aiming to deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget, fostering growth and success for all involved. Very thorough when approaching all aspects of the project, with a dedicated approach.
