  • Event planning – I led a team of students in planning, setting up and running key events during the year, eg carol services and weekly meetings.
  • Public speaking – I planned and delivered talks and presentations to various groups of students, including delivering training on a variety of topics.
  • Training conferences – The training I undertook included sessions on safeguarding, self-motivation, time management and considering different cultural worldviews.
  • Study – During the year I completed self-led modules of study, which included written, moderated tasks.
  • Leadership – I have led task-orientated groups and enabled reflective processes.
  • Appraisal – I have engaged positively with appraisal processes, through completing monthly, reflective evaluations, weekly meetings with my supervisor and a formal mid and end of year review.
