I worked in Bartending at HMS host for around 10 months making a variety of generic drinks for customers in Manchester airport terminal 3, and tending to customers needs and allergy requests. As well as making drinks from time to time I also delivered food to tables and made sure the restaurant was always looking presentable and clean. I had already been experienced in both roles, in this particular job it just helped me familiarize myself further in a new environment.
I was a server/waiter as a team member at Wagamama and I have experienced many different roles within the business. One of which is Bartending, making drinks for customers with a none contact style bar. This included making drinks and making sure they made it to tables within a certain amount of time, cleaning and maintenance of the glasses/cups and use of a coffee machine and serving of alcohol.
