Hello, I'm Sim, a senior operations professional with over 10 years of experience in the luxury space. I’m fiercely driven by fairness and inclusion, with a passion for learning and challenging myself, and an aptitude for operations, best practice, and technology.
I embrace the "fail fast" mentality and find it the best way to iterate and implement lasting change while collaborating and encouraging colleague feedback. Being competitive (mostly with myself) and finding statistics highly motivating lends itself well to my work life when assessing an operation and making improvements or streamlining. I believe that a well-engaged team that works for each other and feels supported is the key to success and a focus of mine, reflective of my management style.
Most recently, I’ve been involved in the NoCode space and joined the No Code Operations community, which has helped me discover a passion for tech. I am mom to two cats, and I’m the founder and captain of my football team, which is how I enjoy spending my time when I’m not trying to beat a cycling PB on Strava or getting over-excited about a new software release or a solution to a problem that I’ve been trying to solve.
I’d like my next role to offer growth when the time is right, but most importantly, for the company to share my values and offer the right environment for me to deliver my full potential.

Having been headhunted from Subdial, I quickly identified the need for a custom ERP to streamline the operation and leverage automation to reduce manual and repetitive tasks using stored data. I left before full completion of the ERP by mutual consent.
