Experienced in implementing full health and safety management systems across a range of sectors. Provide specialist support to schools to ensure effective health and safety vetting of work placements, alongside offering consultancy services to local businesses to develop, improve, and maintain their health and safety arrangements. Manage a diverse client base across multiple industries, carrying out regular monthly site visits. Dream Safety is an approved and accredited centre for Qualsafe and Highfield examinations.

Provided competent health and safety advice to clients across a range of sectors, ensuring compliance with UK health and safety legislation including the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and associated regulations. Conducted detailed risk assessments and RAMS in line with NEBOSH and HSE guidance, developed and reviewed health and safety policies and procedures, and implemented safe systems of work tailored to client needs. Carried out site inspections, audits, and workplace assessments to identify hazards and recommend practical control measures. Supported clients with accident investigations, incident reporting, compliance monitoring, COSHH and fire risk assessments, and contractor management, while delivering clear guidance and reports to promote a positive safety culture.

Supported staff and students, ensuring the implementation of the College's health, safety, and sustainability procedures across all departments, with specific responsibility for the largest site. I conducted H, S&S audits, inspections, risk assessments and investigations, producing reports and action plans as required. Ensured relevant action plans were completed. Established/maintained accurate records and

monitoring processes, producing reports as required. Provided professional H&S information, advice and training to staff and students. I was also the FICO for the College. Conduct off-site workplace vetting, reported, and recorded findings in support of the College's Work-Based Learning Programme.

My role with Skyrocket Training involved taking care of all the logistical arrangements for Skyrocket Training’s various events all around the country.

Judges Assistant, Court Clerk and support to the Crown Court. As the Safety Representative, I actively carried out workplace inspections, fire Inspections and offered general advice and guidance to all staff within the Criminal Justice Centres across North Wales. During my time here, I won Health and Safety Rep of the Year for Wales – awarded by the TUC. Duties also included:

· Clerking in the courtroom during trials, sentences and appeals

· Carrying out inspections and safety tours across North Wales Courts

· Attending quarterly Health and Safety Meetings with Management – Being the PCS Health and Safety Chair
