- I started working for Direct Line for Business as a temporary employee. However, after a few months, I was offered a permanent role.
- I have worked as part of a team that involves renewing polices, amending, cancelling, dealing with referrals and mainly dealing with complex complaints.
- In April 2014, I was part of the E-Trade team and after a few weeks I was recognized for my skills and product knowledge had broadened dramatically on E-Trade.
- I have now also been training new members of the team alongside identifying problems with the E-Trade system and attending meetings to resolve issues.
- I have dealt with Acturis, resolving issues such as errors on the insurance policies.
- Furthermore I have been working on resolving complex system issues that relate to core.
- I moved to Business Support in April 2017 and have been working on SAS/Batches and EVO Renewals.
- I am identifying process improvement by problem solving and getting to main issues.

- My role here was to identify and contact potential recruitment channel for many events such as schools, local running clubs, and general businesses.
- I undertook several other roles including identifying potential marketing opportunities as well as promoting the events within the Bristol area.

- Many people often face barriers and overcoming these was always my goal.
- The variety of groups I have helped and translated for include the homeless and clients who have been sexually abused.
