- Started working at Sutton United as PDP coach in September 2025, working with our elite College Programme players whilst also helping the PDP Lead Coach plan and deliver sessions with the Scholars.
- Within this role, I have been planning and delivering sessions with the players everyday whilst also managing their workload and recovery. Also leading team analysis the day before games to help our players have a better understanding of what we as coaches expect from our players in possession, out of possession, from set pieces etc. We also looking at our opposition and analyse what we can do to counteract them and gain an advantage. All of this has Increased team performance by implementing strategic training plans.
- I show great organisational skills within this role as there is plenty of admin that comes with it, whether that’s team meets, coach travel, match day information to opposition and so on.
- In this role I also assist in recruitment efforts, attracting talented footballers to the club, coaching voluntarily at the younger Sutton age groups to encourage the pathway from u16s to us at the College Programme.
