• Delivered excellent customer experiences with personalised service approach. Negotiated with suppliers for better prices, leading to improved profit margins. Handling orders from different cash and carry warehouses, managing the stock and frequently visiting Bookers warehouse for new trending products to sell, to maximise customer satisfaction. Having to handle over 50 Customers and serving them in the fastest and most efficient way possible when it would get busy as I would be in the shop alone.

-Sanding, Primer, Painting, Polishing, Washing and Detailing cars, building rapport with customers and creating a positive experience, upselling and liaising with customers and forming positive relationships with colleagues. This led to a positive work environment where me and my colleagues got along and understood each other.

Learnt how to handle customers needs and meet targets set by my employer. I was a quick learner and knew that I can learn and gain skills very quickly.
