Within this role I work in a team I also give out great customer service if they want to try on clothes to fitting them in bras and helping customers try on and fit shoes for them I try and make customers have the best experience while shopping in M&S this role means a lot to me as a have a love for clothes and fashion I also love bonding and making relationships with customers. I also love to make sales with my excellent communication skills and because of that I build strong relationships with customers. I have trained new staff members to have a great working balance and I work great under pressure.

My experience within this role was great customer service and to offer personalised shopping advice to enhance customer experiences also collaborated effectively with team members to meet sales targets. Working great in a team and also working independently. Also meeting sales targets and handling cash transactions swiftly.

My experience within this role was I could work great in a team and independently, also have a great way within talking to clients and customers. I also got taught new skills such as working under pressure using advanced hair styling and cutting techniques. I also maintained salon cleanliness and hygiene standards for a pleasant environment and managed appointments and schedules to smooth workflow.
