  • Casualty underwriter EL & PL Authority, working towards property authority after getting involved with the property university training programme for 16 weeks. I am also looking to increase my knowledge within the casualty lines and gain intermediate authority in order to further my cross skill/sell opportunities.
  • Key contact for Global brokers Marsh and underwriting leader for the Milton Keynes Branch increasing my visibility within the market to build relationships and widen network. Goto person for several Marsh contacts off the back of positive feedback on my timeliness to respond.
  • KPIs- Achieved £1,369,252.00 of renewal premium and have secured £135,953.70 in new business.
  • Involved in daily commcells/ and regular team meetings
  • I have been involved in the branch recognition group which was created by a small focus group in order to recognise talent internally. I gathered survey information from peers and the management team on how this recognition programme should look and then took the lead with 1 other colleague on rolling this out successfully to the branch. This monthly nomination process has seen several awards given to my colleagues and is an idea which may be adopted in other branches off the back of our success.
