During my A-levels, I gained valuable work experience by shadowing the Head of IT at FedEx. During this time, I witnessed the CrowdStrike incident, where a faulty software update caused widespread system failures, resulting in the infamous "Blue Screen of Death" across much of the office. Observing and assisting with the resolution process gave me insight into real-world IT operations and helped me develop the following skills:
