Senior Test Manager for Aviva’s Equity Release digital transformation and Migration project which holds 9.2Bn GBP market share in UK, responsible for programme test strategy, planning, estimation, execution and defect management. Coordinating with third party vendors to drive testing deliverables smoothly.

• Responsible for owning the testing portfolio of Aviva’s strategic pension and annuity applications.
• Managing a team of 47 QA Engineers, SDETs and Leads across onshore and offshore projects in the UK and India.
• Chairing program level defect triage meetings to ensure the defects triaged turnaround time was in line with agreed deadlines.
• Working closely with global delivery test team members in troubleshooting critical defects and team members on defect resolution.
