  • Rigorous Review of Open Purchase Orders, networking with vendors & and obtaining commitments for delivery basis which ensures deliveries are in place as per commitments

  • Troubleshooting and rerouting vendor queries related to Invoices/Payments to the AP team & and ensuring closure of these queries within the stipulated time
  • Building healthy business relations with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Explore the possibility of returning to vendors in case of damaged or wrong inventories
  • Providing regular training for the new joiners, introducing them to the process, and developing a highly motivated team to ensure delivery as per expectations
  • Making sure the SLAs and TATs are meeting for the team monthly
  • Proactively working towards avoiding any issues & and reverting with possible Solutions to Team Leads in case of any issues getting reported
  • Network with the IT Team on any production-related issues and ensure that they are addressed and resolved immediately
  • Hands-on Reports for the Overall Team which includes ZARC (past due and open orders), and SAP Backlog Reports.
