• Hired the Nutritionists and dietitians and trained them in Nutrigenomics, made sure to build a right team so that the group works well together and do efficient Nutrigenomic Counseling quickly
• Managed team of 3 Nutrigenomic counsellors, overseeing the hiring, training, and resolving diet related queries from clients
• Co-ordinated with the genetic team to update the phenotypes and become more competitive in the market
• Researched and updated all required phenotypes needed for the lifetime genetics program
• Developed and designed action plan for genetic based personalized nutrition recommendations
• Training interns, nutrigenomic counselling of the clients, reviewing feedbacks and making strategies accordingly
• Designed diet templates in line with the end goal of enabling nutrigenomic counselling at scale
• Handled and overlooked the functioning of the complete Nutrigenomics Department.
