• Assessing and managing a caseload of service users referred to the Local Mental Health Team, focusing on improving their occupational functioning and quality of life. • Facilitating group and one-to-one therapeutic sessions, applying recovery-focused and evidence based approaches.
• Delivering person-centred interventions, including goal-setting and therapeutic activities to promote recovery and independence.
• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop and review care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Liaising with a wide range of services and agencies across Nottinghamshire to ensure continuity and integration of care.
• Supporting the wider team with additional clinical tasks, such as duty cover and medication deliveries to service users.
• Supervising support staff, offering guidance on patient care, and providing formal clinical supervision where appropriate.
