• Conduct daily, structured functional assessments with claimants as part of the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) process, using a biopsychosocial approach.
• Critically evaluate medical and supporting evidence submitted by claimants, integrating this with assessment findings to inform evidence-based decision making.
• Produce detailed, accurate, and defensible assessment reports in line with DWP and Capita standards, clearly justifying functional conclusions.
• Identify safeguarding concerns and undertake risk assessments, escalating appropriately in accordance with policy and professional responsibilities.
• Work autonomously while managing a high caseload, demonstrating sound clinical judgement, time management, and professional accountability.

• Assessing and managing a caseload of service users referred to the Local Mental Health Team, focusing on improving their occupational functioning and quality of life. • Facilitating group and one-to-one therapeutic sessions, applying recovery-focused and evidence based approaches.

• Delivering person-centred interventions, including goal-setting and therapeutic activities to promote recovery and independence.

• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop and review care plans tailored to individual needs.

• Liaising with a wide range of services and agencies across Nottinghamshire to ensure continuity and integration of care.

• Supporting the wider team with additional clinical tasks, such as duty cover and medication deliveries to service users.

• Supervising support staff, offering guidance on patient care, and providing formal clinical supervision where appropriate.

• Working with patients to achieve as much independence as possible with washing/dressing/toileting tasks and with making hot drinks and meal preparation.
• Teaching patients exercise programmes.
• Helping patients mobilise and progress mobility.
• Assisting qualified therapists during treatment sessions.
• Issuing mobility and functional equipment.
• Administrative tasks.

• Greeting customers- welcoming, taking photos, scanning and selling tickets.
• Organising customers into groups and assigning them to positions in readiness to begin their experience.
• Communicating effectively with customers (holding quizzes and conversations as forms of entertainment for queueing customers), colleagues and managers.
• Dealing with and fulfilling customer queries and requests.
• Updating event spreadsheet- audience attendance breakdown.
