Responsible for framing Test Strategy of cloud migration programme for leading legal and public sector clients, whilst delivering E2E testing working with multiple stakeholders and 3rd party teams.

Responsibilities:

• Directed a major SAP Automation transformation project delivery for a team of 30, where 2400+ functionalities were automated using SAP CBTA tool.
• Successfully managed End-End delivery for cloud implementation of International Range planner application used in E commerce business, whilst working with Dev partners for continual delivery.
• Interacted with business/project teams right from requirement gathering, estimations, planning, delivery and managed all stakeholder communications single handed for the retail (web/mobile) projects delivered.
• Planned and devised cohesive project plans for 50+ Strategic downturn Integration projects that involved WMB Messaging, Datastage ETL Services and XB60 transfer mechanisms. Facilitated stand up meetings and tracked burn down charts for the same.
• Managed End-End delivery of a legacy to strategic technology transformation project involving 6 critical applications in the IT landscape of a leading UK based retail client. More than 1300 interfaces were delivered on time and budget.
• Trained 40+ resources on planning tools, web technologies and agile methodologies.
• With optimized resource utilization, facilitated savings of nearly 10% from the project budget and effectively tracked/reported metrics.

Achievements:

• Awarded the best performer consecutively for three years with a customer satisfaction index more than 8.5 in all projects delivered.
• Projects in critical RAG status Red were diligently handled and delivered without major production incidents.

Responsibilities:

• Planned and orchestrated End-End processes for 12 major SAP releases and 36 minor releases into Testing and Production Environments.
• Chaired daily project meetings/cut over meetings with the Project and Test Managers initially and later implemented agile methodologies - Jira to track progress.
• Coordinated the dress rehearsal and actual cut over for 50+ releases that included major upgrades as well.

Achievements:

• Effectively administered project budgets and achieved 9+ customer satisfaction index on a scale of 10.
• By meticulous planning, reduced the number of Fire Fighter IDs from 20 to 4 during deployment and thus enabled more secure deployments.

• Worked on an E commerce project implementation and responsible for web based Test Scenario creation / Test Data generation. Owned entire scope involving 130 interfaces and met 100% quality standards within stipulated timelines.

• Designed, developed and implemented website based on the requirements of an UK based retail client.
• Created 250+ middle-ware interfaces that involved remote file transfers, data transformation, data retention, scheduled transfers and later recognized as subject matter expert in Datastage ETL.
