Lead Architect to create Cypress.io UI Test Automation framework to
reduce regression test times and reduce "Lead Time to Changes" for
all new feature development work
By implementing Cypress.io on Multi-Tenant Serverless Web
application based on ReactJS, regression test time was brought down
by 70% and with integrated pipeline automation reduced production
deployment times by 90%
Identified the breakdown point for data heavy API's when only 100
users logged instead of meeting business requirement of 300+ user
login to the system using Jmeter automated performance tests. This
helped the team to do complete the performance fixes before a
major production release.
Setup and lead testing center of excellence for the organization to
identify gaps & standardize QA process and practices, define
standard quality metrics which helps to assess quality of the
software, develop standard technical test solutions that can be used
across all GE Renewable energy digital products in the organization.
Developed UI monitoring script to measure and improve end-user
experience with user-centric performance metrics like first contentful
paint and long running tasks etc.
Developed Newrelic continuous monitoring script to simulate traffic
across 6+ geographic locations to proactively detect, alert on
issues/sub-optimal performance of production 50+ webpages and
100+ microservices. This has helped the team to catch multiple
digital app outages and resolve application availability issues before
any customer impact.
Guided and mentored junior / experienced QA engineers in team to
develop test scripts as per standard QA process/practices and
increase test effectiveness and automation coverage

testing using automated scripts, which helped find bugs early in the
