• Support the Prospect Engagement Manager in the development of holistic prospective student customer journeys: events, digital and print communication, social media interactions and web journeys, in order to drive customer conversion rates across all stages of engagement
• Ownership and execution of email marketing plans, creating storytelling content and building emails to guide prospects through their application journey. Create, manage and segment audience lists, as well as test and report on campaign success
• Work with the Acquisition team to implement the conversion strategy in a way that enables us to acquire, convert and retain more engaged and loyal applicants, driving ROI and enabling the University to meet its recruitment targets
• Support the development and implementation of an overarching student communications plan from enquiry to enrolment using appropriate levels of audience segmentation to deliver personalised and relevant touch-points
• To work with the Insight, CRM and Digital teams to leverage data to understand the changing needs of target audiences and to adapt and improve engagement plans to ensure a positive prospect experience
• Work with the other internal Marketing & Communications teams to produce storytelling content to address and meet the needs of students that is indirectly supporting their course choice, including video and photography for multi-channel distribution
• Work closely with the recruitment events team to shape and deliver events that are exemplars in the higher education sector, showcasing the University and delivering an exceptional experience for prospective students and parents/guardians
