  • Involved in prestigious Indian mega project of Kedarnath City master-planning, conservation and redevelopment at RIBA stages 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 that was washed away in Uttarakhand floods 2013 with valuation of £1.03 billion. Which was inaugurated in 2021 with team by the PRIME MINISTER of INDIA.
  • Involved in mixed use development of Ahmedabad-multi modal transport hub for systems, like AMTS, BRTS, GSRTS, metro and private transport which also included spaces for retail, hospitality, entertainment, offices and hotel towers at RIBA stages 1, 2, and 3 at valuation of £373 million in 2021.
  • Involved in commercial & corporate development of high end, Navratna Corporate Park, Ahmedabad with building, facade and landscape design at RIBA stages 3, 4 and 5 that completed in 2020 at valuation of £186 million resulted in winning firm of the year award 2022 for its style and sustainability.
  • Involved in landscape and master-planning of Dada Bhagwan spiritual experiential center, Gandhinagar at RIBA stages 3, 4 and 5 at valuation of £93 million resulted in commune sustainable design.
  • Involved in educational, redevelopment and adaptive reuse development of Gondwana university and BSK school, Pune at RIBA stages 5, 6, and 7 at valuation of £43 million in 2019.
