I am a resilient learner with excellent verbal and writing communication abilities, as well as constructive and effective teaching approaches that foster a stimulating learning atmosphere. My main motivation is to make a significant difference in the lives of students. After witnessing firsthand the transformative power of excellent teaching, my primary goal is to ensure that all learners are supported and encouraged to reach their greatest potential. To achieve this, I ensure that I meet targets and work with the wider team to plan and develop the curriculum in a creative way.
