I am a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant working with NHS in GENERAL Intensive Care Unit for an year .. During this time, I have worked closely with patients of all ages and backgrounds, supporting them with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and emotional wellbeing. My role has given me a deep understanding of the importance of dignity, safeguarding, confidentiality , patience, and person-centred care, especially for vulnerable individuals such as the elderly and those with long-term or complex conditions.

Having trained and worked within the UK’s standards of care, I have become confident in assisting nurses, monitoring patients, accurately reporting observations, and promoting a safe and respectful care environment. I have gained valuable experience in maintaining hygiene standards, infection control, using moving and handling techniques safely, and building trust with patients and their families through good communication.
