Personal Statement I have gained excellent communication skills through interacting with services users, some with limited communication and working alongside other professionals. I have experience in working with service users of a diversified cultural background. I always ensure that I treat service users with respect and dignity irrespective of their status and do my utmost to promote equal opportunity in my day to day.
