Personal Statement I have gained excellent communication skills through interacting with services users, some with limited communication and working alongside other professionals. I have experience in working with service users of a diversified cultural background. I always ensure that I treat service users with respect and dignity irrespective of their status and do my utmost to promote equal opportunity in my day to day. I am empathic towards service users and their family needs and able to relate well with them on a one to one level. I am able to carry out a variety of assessments, such as physical and emotional state of service users and inform my seniors of my findings. I am then able to make accurate documentation of any care and support I have provided to service users whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.
