• Architecting, designing, and developing Personalisation microservice to manage interactions between UI and Dataverse/CRM for patient journeys, ensuring accurate and secure data flow.
• Enabling self-sampling for cervical screening, allowing women to take tests privately at home, reducing hospital visits and invasive procedures across the UK.
• Authored low-level design and architecture, reviewed and approved by TDA and DNA teams, ensuring robustness and maintainability.

NHS App – Electronic Prescription Service & Event Logger (2023–2024)

• Engineered Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) microservice, handling FHIR responses and enabling GPs to release prescriptions digitally — streamlining NHS workflows, reducing administrative effort, and increasing processing efficiency approximate by 75%.
• Built standalone Event Logger microservice to centralise analytics and event logging, eliminating code duplication and reused by 5+ NHS APP backend services.
• Resolved critical memory leak in Event Logger, ensuring stable operations and reliable service uptime.
• Authored low-level design approved by NHS Design & Authority and Technical Delivery Authority, ensuring robust, maintainable solutions.
• Ensured high code quality with 90%+ SonarQube coverage and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
