Key Project: British Telecom - 4G, IMS, 5G SA & Cloud (Integration & Testing)

• Currently providing support & guidance on networks and maintaining network elements by providing remote & site assistance; ensuring seamless delivery of end-to-end test environments for the various projects in BT Labs like 5G SA E/// Mobile Cloud Core Network, 5G SA Service Based Architecture, Containerized IMS, Galaxy OSS(Netscout, NPM,CNE,NECAP), Core nodes software upgrades, IMS Interconnect Projects, DataVPN Corporate Solutions.
• Collaborated with product owner to manage the product backlog, ensure user stories are refined, understood, and accepted by the development team during the backlog grooming meeting.
• Managing wide scope of tasks involved in Environment Delivery Management viz. Strategic Projects, Proof of Concepts and Partner Delivery.
• Nurturing strategic relationships with key business customers and stakeholders; ensuring the impact of decisions and activities are understood and accepted by the customer & resources are directed to deliver to agreed time, cost and quality.
• Created and maintained comprehensive project documentation.
• Acted as central point of contact for projects and initiatives to meet requirements and deadlines.

• Led infrastructure projects to install and upgrade various containerized IMS nodes like cBGF, CSCFs.

• Accountable for all test environment planning and delivery activities on programs and projects for BT aligned to specific domains within remit.
• Directed test environment support resources to deliver through test environment delivery lifecycle, including build, configuration, change and validation.
• Assessed and scheduled environment bookings and prioritize and resolve scheduling and resource conflicts as required.
• Analyzed and translated project environment requirements in order to establish approved environment specification.
• Produced environment delivery plan to establish key activities, resources, dependencies, risks, and time scales necessary to deliver
• Managed internal and external resources to ensure environments are validated and approved delivery plan is on track to deliver against agreed time, cost and quality targets.
• Worked with Users to find agreed way forward when/if project overruns its environment booking (either due to live bug fixes or project delay) and requests extension to booking which conflicts with other projects booked on to environment.

Project: Vodafone India

• Handled PAN India Vodafone network for 3G and EPC
• In Depth knowledge of Packet Core/LTE Nodes (SGSN, GGSN, PCRF, MME, PGW, UGW, DNS)
• Day to day troubleshooting in Cisco network for issues relating to 3G & EPC to quickly resolve downtime and outages
• Created Methods of Procedure (MOP) and action plans for any modification in Vodafone network
• Managed issues/customers by setting expectations and meeting/exceeding those expectations to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Project : Airtel

• Product Management of Packet Core/LTE Nodes (SGSN, GGSN, PCRF, MME, PGW, UGW, DNS).
• Product Lead and as subject matter expert for team
• LTE Call Processing Technologies & Network Architecture
• Developed deep understanding of customers, identify gaps in core product functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for same.
• Documented and updated procedures for network inventory and accounted for expenditures against budget.
• Multi-technology 2G-3G-LTE data network planning
• Preparation and review of Solution documents & Method of procedures in order to assist support teams
• Coordinated with other vendors (Huawei, Wipro) on preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all facilities and Infrastructure related tasks.
