  • Successful delivered an audit of one of the LAA's highest profile providers including the process management of over 500 audit files, the process for which received approval from the Operations Committee

  • Increased the skills and capability of colleagues through training so that we have additional resources available to work on appeals whilst up-skilling them to support their own development aims
