As Client Project Manager, I work in partnership with Client Directors to deliver high‑impact Learning and Development programmes focused on Leadership Development for 35 clients in my portfolio.

HPC plays a central role in shaping Leadership and Development strategies for many of the top‑performing organisations across Ireland, and my role is key to ensuring the seamless execution of each programme.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of client contracts, managing facilitation, logistics, scheduling, materials preparation, and programme administration.


Act as the primary client contact for onboarding and operational coordination.
Initiate projects by preparing programme quotes, confirming facilitators, and aligning schedules with client requirements.


Support facilitators by preparing bespoke programme materials, assigning diagnostics, and providing access to the learning platform.


Build and maintain the learning platform architecture, create event bookings, and design surveys to capture real‑time qualitative and quantitative data.


Analyse programme outcomes and produce high‑value Impact Reports for L&D departments.


Responsibilities included Events management for HPC talks. Liaising with Client directors for building and submission of Tenders for new business.

Achievements.

This year I have improved the structure of the Impact report adding the executive summary providing insights to the programme data. This is to be initiated across all client reporting and has been used by clients during budget approval.

I built the tracking dashboard for clients utilising excel this is now used by all CPM's.

I am currently building an HPC coaching app to supplement the coaching offering. The structure is from Oxford Said business school.

In this role, I delivered end‑to‑end Employee Relations support, developing strong expertise in the policies, processes, and tools that underpin effective employee–employer management.

I managed a diverse high volume range of ER cases, . My responsibilities included arranging hearings, preparing documentation, maintaining case workflows, and supporting ER Advisors throughout the process. As the Occupational Health Subject Matter Expert, I drafted submissions, reviewed advice letters, and ensured appropriate follow‑up actions for Occupational Health referrals.

My additional responsibilities included handling DSARs, insurance claims, ACAS document requests, and preparing reports for CEO‑level whistle‑blower cases. I also produced weekly AWOL reporting for payroll.

I acted as lead coordinator on two major TUPE projects, managing sensitive, time‑critical data transfers and ensuring compliance. I also conducted a full audit of ER file maintenance improving system integrity. As part of this work, I collaborated with the MI team to scope and propose automation solutions, contributing to the development of in‑house BOT.

Beyond my core duties, I created comprehensive SOPs and training materials for the ER Coordinator role, served as the primary trainer and supported multi-skilling across the team.
