Summary

I have a vast amount of experience with working with children in care, from my own direct fostering experience, and now working as a social worker. I have used my own personal experience of being a child in care, to reflect upon and help me work in a child-focused manner, and remove any barriers that may arise when trying to engage young people, families and carers.
