• Worked as a research assistant to an organisational consultant. This role dealt with social behaviour and psychology. I listened to many challenging life experiences of people for example sexual assault and Mental health.

• I demonstrated patience when talking to people and sensitivity to their problems. I learnt to communicate clearly and effectively. by doing so I learned to adapt to various environments and people. I can work under pressure in a professional environment while keeping a systemic and personal view.

• Researched social issues in the army by using data acquired through surveys to create insight that contributed to the decision-making process at higher levels.

• For my time and service, I received an outstanding soldier's certificate.
