❖ Monitoring the daily environmental conditions of the laboratory and submitting to the document controller after review

of laboratory supervisor.

❖ Monitoring and complying scheduled equipment maintenance program and submitting record to the document

controller.

v Inspection and witness of Blinding Concrete and RCC concrete at grade level prior to laying Inspection of Trenches of underground utilities for Installation of pipelines from excavation to top of the backfilling e.g. Storm water, Sewer-line, Potable and irrigation network.

v Day end reports to the QA/QC Manager.

v Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Quality reports

v Raise the RFI of Every Activity as per Requirement of ITP.v Follow the Approve Method of Statement.

v Coordination with consultants for Joint Inspection, making RFI’s

v To Compliance with Project and General Specification the Inspection, Checking levels for Excavation, Back Filling, Drainage Fill, Road Embankment, Sub Grade & Sub Base Materials and Aggregate Base Course materials.

v Receive instructions, documents, technical specifications, and details works from QA/QC Manager and follow up.
